Beautifully furnished, our villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus double sofa bed, allowing 10 guests to sleep, to the rear is our private heated swimming pool. The villa is situated on the highly acclaimed Southern Dunes gated Golf and Country Club which includes a community pool, Tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurant and award winning Golf Course. The pool area overlooks Lake Joe with no rear neighbours.
Living accommodation includes, lounge, dining room and breakfast bar. The villa is fully equipped and includes cable TV, Large LCD Flatscreen TV in Lounge, DVD and Hi-Fi system. Kitchen includes, microwave, over and dishwasher, large washing machine and dryer located in separate laundry room. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen tv’s and cable.
The newly added games room has a musical theme with pool table and foosball table.
Ideally located for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld (25 mins away) championship golf courses and supermarkets are just 5mins away. Wi-Fi Internet is provided.
