Our Disney themed home will comfortably sleep 8 people (plus an infant) for less then a hotel room!
With its fully stocked kitchen you’ll save even more money by being able to preparing meals at the home. There is also a gas grill at the home located in the screened in heatable swimming pool area. (Pool heat is extra).
Disney property is approximately 10 miles away!
The Master Bedroom has a KING Sized bed, (NEW AS OF MAY 2019) the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen sized bed (perfect for the grandparents or aunts & uncles) bedrooms 3 & 4 each has 2 twin sized beds, one room is Star Wars Themed, the other Tsum Tsum themed. **Please note these themes are subject to change as updates are made**
All 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans & there are several stand fans at the home if needed.
This home also has high speed Wireless Internet.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of Dishes, silverware, and Pots & Pans. It also has a coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, & a MICKEY Waffle Maker!
The Garage is where the full sized Washer & Dryer is located. There is also an iron and ironing board. This is also a small game room, currently there is an air hockey, pool table, & a new basketball game was added May 2019, these may be changed out to something else as we do updates.
A High Chair, Small Stroller, & Pack N Play is also at the home for your convenience free for you to use during your stay.
There is several board games, books, and DVD’s for the kids, in the home.
**Please note this is a self-catering home; as most vacation rentals are, only an initial supply of hand soap & toilet paper will be provided upon check-in you must purchase any add’l you may need during your stay, this includes laundry detergent & trash bags.
All linens and towels are provided for guest while at the home, (please do not remove them to take to the beach or waterpark.)
Pool heat is extra ($15-$25 per night) and not included in the advertised rate. Pool heat is recommended from October to April. This will need to be requested prior to your stay & can be invoiced separate. You can message me for a quote.
Disney Parks & Wide World of Sports is approximately 10 miles away with approximately a 20 min drive; driving times may vary slightly with the amount of traffic.
Seaworld, Aquatica & Discover Cove are approximately 18 miles away.
Universal is about 21 miles away.
Beaches are about an hour away.
There are also many golf courses very close by and a public park with a playground.
There is a Publix and Super Walmart within 2 miles from the home & many places nearby to grab a bite to eat. This home is less then 2 miles from 192.
