Bright and new, this family-friendly retreat here at Solterra Resort in Davenport is more than ready to make everyone feel right at home on your next vacation. Enjoy your own private pool and spa right out back with a stylish lanai and outdoor dining. Any downtime spent inside will also be a treat, as everyone can easily mingle and spread out between the stylish gourmet kitchen with bar seating, the living area featuring two plush sofas and a flatscreen Smart TV, and the dining area with a table and chairs. Upstairs you’ll find a second living room, with a comfortable sectional with built in recliners and a large flat screen TV – perfect for movie nights! Plus, a desk area is available for catching up on emails or school while away.
When everyone wants a bit of privacy, this home has five bedrooms that will be perfect for getting some peace and quiet when need be. The house offers two master bedrooms, one on each floor, both with featuring an en suite bathroom, king bed, walk in closet and a flatscreen Smart TV. Head upstairs and you will find four more bedrooms, including a queen bedroom with a Smart flatscreen TV. Two themed bedrooms upstairs will have the kids happy, one featuring two Millennium Falcon beds and a Star Wars theme, the other featuring all their favorite Princesses!
All of the furniture in the home is brand new from 2021, including the mattresses and linens. We also include a pack and play with an upgraded mattress and a high chair for families traveling with young children.

You will have endless fun right at your fingertips here at Solterra Resort, with an onsite lazy river, waterside, and poolside cafe, all within walking distance of the house! Venturing out will prove to be a great way to use your days as well with Disney World (13 miles), Universal Orlando Resort (20 miles), and SeaWorld Orlando (18 miles) so close by! For some fun away from the park, check out the restaurants and vibrant attractions of Championsgate and Orlando. Or, stay closer to home base and indulge in a round of 18 at one of the many local courses!

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. There is a four-night minimum to rent the property. Absolutely no parties, any guests who violate the rule will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit their rental.
