PURE PARADISE. We would love to share our little piece of paradise with you. We’ve named our 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa “Paradise Place”. It’s located in Paradise Palms Resort, a 24/7 secured gated community in Kissimmee, Florida less than 10 miles from Disney World, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Margaritaville, and Celebration. Other nearby tourist and vacation spots include Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Legoland, Clearwater Beach, and Kennedy Space Center (NASA).
Whether you’re visiting the Orlando area to experience the Disney Theme Parks, to watch a family member or friend participate in a national competition, to attend a large sporting event, or to simply have a relaxing time away from home, Paradise Place is perfect for you.
Our villa has over 3000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms—enough room to sleep 14 people so your entire family can be together in one house:
– 1 main level bedroom with a queen bed
– 1 master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and includes an en-suite with double sinks, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub
– 1 master bedroom upstairs a king bed and includes an en-suite with double sinks and walk-in shower
– 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen bed
– 2 bedrooms upstairs individually themed (see pics) with dual twin beds in each room
– 5 total bathrooms (3 with bathtub/shower combo, 1 with shower and separate jacuzzi tub, and 1 with shower only)
– Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and flat-screen with cable TV
– 2 rollaway beds are available for use
The villa comes equipped with its own great entertaining features to make your stay extraordinary:

– Spacious living room including large flat-screen and cable TV
– Modern, fully-equipped kitchen with large center island and stainless steel appliances including full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave

– Sports cabinet with all equipment for playing tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball
– Game room in the garage includes foosball and ping-pong tables

Relax in the serene backyard setting cradled by a lush conservation area. Our place is situated on a pie-shaped lot which provides extra privacy for our south-facing lanai where the pool & spa receive beautiful sunshine all day long. Stay refreshed on a hot Florida day or to relax after a long day at the parks.
The patio has two dining sets, one in the shaded nook and one near the lounge chairs for those who enjoy the sun. Both areas are perfect for early morning sunrise breakfasts, evening dinners under the stars or just plain relaxing. Pool protective fencing is provided for added peace-of-mind.

While all that is great, you’re likely visiting the area because you have plans to visit one of Orlando’s amazing attractions. Our Paradise Place villa is a short drive from Orlando’s International Airport and is located within 10 miles of most popular Orlando attractions. There’s easy access to Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland, International Drive along with numerous other major theme parks. Sporting events for the NBA’s Orlando Magic, NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, MLB’s Tampa Rays, and NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning are all a short drive away. Publix, Target, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS are all in the immediate area, along with numerous popular chain restaurants. You can take a day trip to Clearwater, Florida to enjoy gorgeous white sandy beaches on the Gulf—or head east to the Atlantic coast to visit popular destinations like Cocoa Beach, Vero Beach, Daytona Beach, and Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral.
