This is a 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, 2 living room villa with own pool/jacuzzi. Games room. On a large corner plot over looking a small lake, with only neighbours to one side. Not overlooked. The villa is on two floors, upstairs is a super king bedroom with ensuite corner bath and separate shower. 2 x twin bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom servicing both. down stairs is another super king bedroom with ensuite corner bath and separate shower also a queen bedroom with a very large ensuite shower ideal for the elderly and disabled. (with a small seat in the corner) two living areas. a kitchen with everything you could need for your stay. seating for 12 between the two rooms and seating for dining for 10. out side we have a very large lanai with 2 tables and chairs for 8 plus 6 sunbeds.
