Welcome to Sunshine Villa located in a secure and gated conservation community in the Davenport area near Champions Gate. Whether you are looking to shop, play golf, visit the beach, theme parks or state parks Sunshine Villa is located in the perfect position to do all of these activities. You will be no more than a 2 min ride to shops and restaurants and 18-25 mins to theme parks.

On entering Sunshine Villa an inviting hallway leads to a huge vaulted Living / Dining area giving a sizeable family space which is light and airy due to its sunny aspect.

With scrupulous attention given to detail, this villa is kept updated, modern and comfortable. The Living area offers 55” Smart TV with cable, integrated hard-drive offering a huge selection of entertainment & a DVD player. The sectional suite comfortably seats 6+ people. A Digital Jukebox has music for every genre. It also offers various UK digital radio stations.

The clean and fresh Kitchen area is fully equipped with all you’ll need for the chefs in your family to prepare your favourite meals and snacks, with a dishwasher for clearing away. The Dining area has a beautiful white high gloss table which seats 8 and alternative seating can be found at the breakfast bar where there are 3 stylish bar stools.

The patio doors from the Living area invite you to venture out to the 29ft, south facing pool with multicoloured light for fun night-time swimming and attractive soft landscaping. The pool deck has enough loungers & seats for 8 persons and there is a child safety fence which can be taken down if not needed.

The whole pool area is covered by a lanai and also incorporates a table, fan/light and parasol offering shade as required. There is also an outside shower and a separate toilet adjacent to the pool deck.

Bedrooms: All have been recently modernised with clean and hygienic luxury vinyl plank flooring. They also all have ceiling fan/lights to supplement the air conditioning. All towels and linens are supplied

The Master King bedroom has a huge en-suite with twin basins / vanity units, separate toilet, bathtub and huge shower. There is also ample space for your clothing in the adjacent walk-in closet.

The American Queen bedroom also has an adjacent en-suite and a fresh bright seaside feel.

Both Twin bedrooms are gently enhanced by the very popular Toy Story & Star Wars movies. They have fresh, new white beds and furniture and give access to a Jack ‘n’ Jill bath/shower room / toilet with separate vanity unit.

The Games room consists of a full sized slate Pool table, X-box-X console / games and a 46 “ smart TV, new air hockey table, darts, second TV, CD/Bluetooth player, games and a small library of books / novels. There is seating for those who want to just chill in front of the fan.

Laundry Room comprises a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, all cleaning equipment.
