Welcome to the Retreat at Legacy Park! Only 10 miles to Walt Disney World!
This modern pool/spa (hot tub) home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10. There is something ! Kids love the Games Room, Games Console and the many popular board games to choose from! Adults love the pool and spa – especially the shallow pool section! This home caters to the extreme entertainer and to someone ready to curl up with a good book!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
This corner-lot home is sure to impress! Immediately when you walk in the front door, you will notice the bright and modern furnishings! You will be greeted with a warm entryway leading to the first of three living spaces! The Front Sitting Room is great for lounging or snuggling up with a good book.
LIVING ROOM
To the left of the dining table is the Living Room. Families enjoy piling on the couch (seats 8-10) and using the DVD player to watch movies on 60″ flat screen Roku TV and DVD Player – this DVD Player is Multi-Region and will play any type of DVD!
KITCHEN & DINING AREAS
Fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker/oven and small appliances, dinnerware, etc – everything you need to make a quick snack or a full family dinner. There is a large pantry and a lot of cupboard space. The dining table seats 10 and there is additional bar style seating for 4 off the island!

Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, 32″ Roku flat screen TV, large closet, and en-suite bathroom (ground floor)
Bedroom 2 – Mast King bed, 42″ flat screen Roku TV, couch, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom (upstairs)

UPSTAIRS LOFT AREA
Bright and spacious area which is enjoyed by the kids as their own space to play games and watch movies on the large 65″ flat screen Roku TV! There is a large sectional (seats 7-8), XBOX Games Console with 2 XBOX remotes and a few XBOX Games. There is also a selection of board games, playing cards, DVD’s and hard back books that everyone can enjoy!
LAUNDRY AREA (upstairs)
Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. Pool towels are also located in the laundry room.
CHILD FRIENDLY
In addition to the Loft area with XBOX and Games (mentioned above), this home features additional child friendly amenities! Included in the home is use of the Pack-n-Play (travel cot), highchair and cups, plates, utensils. Kids of all ages will enjoy the games room too!
GAMES ROOM
Games Room featuring a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong (Table Tennis) and Foosball!, 2 Arcade 1up game systems
POOL & SPA (HOT TUB)
The Retreat at legacy park Property features a northwest facing pool and spa! There is also a shallow section of the pool to enjoy the refreshment of the water without missing an ounce of sun exposure! The Retreat is located on the corner lot, so you will notice in the photos how much privacy you have on either side of the pool! There is a patio dining set for 6 and 2 large loungers.
* Pool and spa (hot tub) heating is $25 plus tax per day. Pool heat is recommended October – March. Please give us 1 week’s notice if you would like pool heat.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F & the Hot Tub is set to 100-102 F.
* A Gas BBQ Grill can be rented for $70 plus tax per week. If you would like one, please give us 1 week’s notice.
